Building Facebook experiences for 3 Billion global users.

The Facebook Visual Systems team drives the look and feel of the app— all visual design elements, be they iconography, illustration, photography or mixed media. This cross-functional team of roughly 70 includes product designers, visual designers, illustrators, animators, iconographers, creative producers, technical artists and creative coders. Together, we support hundreds of product designers, thousands of engineers, and billions of global users. This reel showcases a range of work developed by the Facebook Visual Systems team and our partner agencies. All work was shipped, supporting key product initiatives and integrated product/marketing campaigns across the App. My role was providing creative direction and UX design guidance across a range of these executions, guiding internal and external teams from concept to final implementation, and partnering with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, policy, legal and user research.
