Bringing delight to Facebook in recognition of cultural moments and movements.

From 2019 through 2021, the Facebook Visual Systems team drove a program called Wordmark Delight as the flagship product activation in support of a broad Cultural Moments program for the Facebook App. Designs were created by our internal team, agency partners at Animade, and a network of artists who represented many of the communities that we were celebrating in our activations. My role was to provide design strategy, provide creative direction for the program, collaborate with crossfunctional leaders on the marketing and UX aspects of the program, and help to stand up the creative operations to support our internal and external partners in implementing the vision under considerable timing, creative and technical constraint.
